Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Festopia, a brand operated by City Elite Group Inc. ("Festopia," "we," "us"). By booking travel, purchasing an Event Pass, creating an account, or otherwise using festopia.com, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to book travel, purchase an Event Pass, or attend a Festopia event. Certain venues and destinations may enforce a higher age limit.
Bookings & Payments
- All bookings are made through festopia.com and processed by Stripe.
- Deposits and installment payments are billed on the schedule shown at checkout.
- All deposits are non-refundable.
- Failure to complete scheduled payments may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund.
- Prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated and may change until checkout is completed.
Event Passes
- Event Passes are sold in tiered pricing that may increase over time.
- Passes are non-transferable unless explicitly permitted by Festopia in writing.
- Passes are non-refundable except where required by law.
Cancellations & Changes by Customer
Because Festopia pre-purchases hotel inventory, talent, and venues, customer cancellations forfeit deposits and previously paid installments. Requests for name changes or transfers are handled case-by-case and may incur fees.
Changes by Festopia
Festopia reserves the right to:
- Substitute hotels, venues, or artists with comparable alternatives
- Adjust programming due to weather, safety, travel restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control
Such changes do not automatically qualify for refunds.
Travel Responsibility
Unless specifically included in your package, you are responsible for:
- Flights
- Passports and travel documents
- Visas
- Travel insurance
- Meeting destination entry requirements
Hotel Bookings
Room assignments are subject to hotel availability. Special requests are not guaranteed. Hotels reserve the right to substitute comparable accommodations if necessary.
Group Bookings
Group leaders are responsible for inviting roommates and managing their group. Festopia is not responsible for disputes between roommates regarding payments or room arrangements.
Force Majeure
Festopia shall not be liable for cancellations or modifications caused by:
- Hurricanes and severe weather
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Public health emergencies
- Airline disruptions
- Acts of terrorism or civil unrest
- Other events beyond reasonable control
Code of Conduct
Festopia may remove attendees without refund for:
- Illegal activity
- Violence or harassment
- Property damage
- Dangerous behavior
- Violating venue rules
Photo & Video Release
By attending a Festopia event, you grant Festopia permission to photograph and record you for promotional and marketing purposes.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Festopia's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable booking or Event Pass.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Dispute Resolution
The parties agree to attempt mediation before litigation. If mediation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in New York, New York. Nothing in this section waives any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of Festopia after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
